It will be useful for ambitious individuals to use the scheduling in a way that incorporates multiple third party goal-setting. To put it in perspective, the third party plans can be set in parallel to the scheduler’s own work as below sample.

It lists a Virtual Assistant and Graphic Designer as part of the schedule across the Headings. The School and Hobbies sections are grouped to help visibility across a wide spreadsheet.
It is noticeable that there are sufficient blank space to virtually jot down whatever data may arise as a result of planning such as the hours or money spent on a goal. While it is not beautiful to sketch in a figure somewhere but it works. And it works especially when the need to tally is required.
There is not much to say about parallel processing with third parties and it depends on the person designing the schedule to put in the proper timelines.
And because it is parallel processing, it should not conflict with my own schedule unless I need to put in a meeting or something with the third parties.
Don’t forget to expand the grouped columns to see what work remains to be done on the personal schedule!
